Company separation
Customer, shipment and financial records are associated with their company workspace. Access to these records is checked against the signed-in account.
Account protection
Passwords are stored as hashes. Repeated incorrect sign-in attempts trigger a three-minute waiting period after three failures.
Activity visibility
The Serengeti package includes activity logs so administrators can review recorded actions in their company workspace.
Record validation
Form submissions are checked before saving. Financial checks help prevent invalid invoice amounts and payments above the invoice balance.
Offline workspace care
Offline customer and shipment drafts belong to the account that created them. Signing out clears cached workspace pages from the device.
